We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Individual Needs Assistant to join our welcoming, two-form entry primary school in Haywards Heath. About the Role: Position : Full-Time, Term-Time Only Location : A vibrant, inclusive primary school in Haywards Heath Role : Work closely with a child with individual needs, providing tailored support to ensure they thrive in their learning environment. Working Hours : Monday to Friday during school term time (exact hours to be discussed). As an Individual Needs Assistant, you’ll make a real difference by helping a child with additional needs to fully engage in classroom activities, develop social skills, and reach their academic potential.
