At STAFFING LAB LIMITED, we are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Engineering Stores Lead / Maintenance Scheduler to take ownership of the engineering stores function.
This is an exciting opportunity to implement a new CMMS system and lead the rollout of 5S standards in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and coordinate best practice inventory management processes
* Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration
* Develop and maintain a high-performing engineering stores team
* Lead the implementation of 5S standards across the facility
* Maintain accurate records and reports for inventory management and maintenance scheduling
What You'll Need:
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proven experience in inventory management and maintenance scheduling
* Familiarity with CMMS systems and 5S methodologies
