The Team You’ll join a cross-functional team of Product Engineers and Designers, all collaborating together with the wider business to achieve impactful product outcomes. This Role You'll join as our second Product Manager, playing a critical role in both shaping and building our B2B SaaS product and steering its strategic direction. This position marks a pivotal moment in our journey, offering the chance to significantly influence our product philosophy, strategy and culture at a foundational level. You'll play a central role within your product team, collaborating closely with Product Design and Engineering to identify, define, and ship solutions to key customer challenges and opportunities. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end product management process, leading on product discussion and decisions within your area of ownership, and helping contextualise customer and business goals to the wider team. Given this is our second Product Manager hire, we’re still in the process of defining specific Product areas of ownership within the team but we imagine this person will be involved in helping with this thinking Given our size, stage of growth and our natural way of working, there will be an element of figuring this out in due course and letting it evolve organically as our product grows. Your attention to detail, deep understanding of our users, and persistent curiosity will be critical in driving forward our product's vision and impact. In the role you will; Lead and collaborate to deliver exceptional product. From understanding initial needs to crafting valuable solutions, you'll work directly with designers & engineers to bring our product vision to life Get to know our customers deeply. By directly interacting with both prospects and customers, conducting continuous discovery and leveraging data, you'll be the advocate for their goals throughout product development Define your team’s roadmap. Prioritise and collaborate on the roadmap for your product area, aligned to your team mission and company objectives Collaborate with commercial teams. You’ll build strong relationships with our sales, customer success and marketing teams to drive the product and business forwards Move fast, with an eye for detail. You enjoy moving fast while maintaining a high attention-to-detail, shipping quickly and iterating as necessary Lead from the front.
