Administrator – construction.
We are delighted to be recruiting an Administrator/Admin Assistant to join a successful construction business in Bridgend. Experience providing admin support in the construction industry is essential, you will ideally have some knowledge of CE Marking Procedures, CHAS and Construction Line.
Construction Administrator duties will be varied but will include:
* Providing administrative support (emailing, filing, logging/updating database system/CRM etc).
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, internal staff by phone and email, and logging the information/any actions to be done.
* Attending meetings with Director to take minutes, along with dictation for letters/emails
* Other general administration and supporting duties as requested by the Director.
Construction Administrator requirements:
* Experience as Construction Administrator is essential
* Knowledge of CE Marking procedures, CHAS and Construction Line
* Friendly, positive attitude.
* Trustworthy, and good communication and organisational skills.
* Be happy to undertake a varied role.
