Salary: 31,000- 40,000 (based on 40 hours per week & Experience) Date Posted: 14 October 2024 Job location: Thornton Heath Key Responsibilities: You will oversee post office and store operations including; > Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning. > Maintain high customer service standards to enhance the shopping experience. > Analyse weekly sales performance, address variances, and implement corrective actions. > Oversee stock ordering and visual merchandising to maximize profitability. > Ensure adherence to financial procedures, including cash handling and banking. > Recruit, train, and supervise store employees while monitoring performance. > Perform additional tasks as needed to improve overall business efficiency.
