Role Overview: We are looking for a Contract Coordinator who will oversee contract execution, order provisioning, and communication between internal teams, wholesalers, and customers. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, ensuring compliance, monitoring provider performance, and generating reports. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. Key responsibilities Contract Tracking and Administration: Track contract status and ensure timely execution of contracts. Place and monitor the provisioning for all connectivity orders Act as a point of contact to external wholesalers in relation to orders, support tickets relating to the provisioning journey Coordination and Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, and customers regarding pre live contract-related inquiries Coordinate with sales, document check, broker support, customer services and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of contract processes. Ensure CRM systems are up to date with contract status’s, deadlines and milestones. Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies related to contracts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution, liaising with Wholesale providers where applicable Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Assist in identifying potential risks within contracts and escalate any concerns to the Connectivity Hub. Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions. Ensure any underperformance from wholesale providers is communicated timely to the Connectivity Hub Reporting and Documentation: Generate and distribute regular reports on contract performance and key contract metrics. Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management and stakeholders on contract compliance and key performance indicators What we are looking for : Previous experience in contract management, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the waste management or commercial services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
