Job Title: Qualified Adult’s Social Worker – Disabilities Team
Location: Lincolnshire
Rate: Up to £32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a busy Disabilities Team based in Lincolnshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will work with adults with disabilities, carrying out comprehensive assessments and providing support to meet their individual needs. You will utilize your thorough understanding of relevant legislation to deliver person-centered care and work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To succeed in this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. You should hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have post-qualified experience. Experience working with adults with disabilities and a confident understanding of relevant legislation are essential. A valid UK driving license is also required.
