As an Executive Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting the following Executive Directors in their daily operations byseamlessly handling a wide range of administrative tasks:
• Chief Medical Officer
• Chief Paramedic Officer
• Chief Nurse
This position requires a proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented professional, who is friendly, engaging and confident in communicating across the organisation at all levels. They will be able to make informed decisions, display sound judgement, and have an energetic and enthusiastic mindset, eager to tackle new tasks and offer ideas.
This is a hybrid role (1- 2 days in the office) working 37.5 hrs per week.
The successful post holder will be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and possess effective stakeholder management skills, so as to contribute to the successful running of the Trust as a whole.
You will have extensive experience in diary management, arranging meetings and appointments via the calendar system with both external and internal personnel. This will include liaison with government departments and other healthcare related organisations.
You will also have experience of developing and implementing effective systems and strategies to manage the activities, workload and efficient use of time of the Executive Directors. You will provide additional diary and meeting coordination support to the senior management team within the directorates as required.

In addition, you will:
• Be educated to degree level or equivalent with evidence of continuing professional development
• Have knowledge and understanding of good governance and Board assurance
• Have experience working in a large, multi-professional organisation, supporting at very senior manager level.
• Be able to prioritise and make judgements involving highly complex or sensitive issues
