Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 base salary + car allowance / commission

They specialise in delivering innovative and sustainable plastic solutions to meet the unique needs of clients, with manufacturing facilities and clients across Europe.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and expand our clients market share in the U.This role will primarily focus on developing and nurturing client relationships in the manufacturing sector, particularly within the plastics and packaging industries. Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on clients in the plastics and packaging sectors across the U.Strategic Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the U.Understand and communicate the benefits of our manufacturing capabilities, particularly plastic injection moulding, to prospective clients.
Occasionally visit client sites to understand their needs and assess opportunities for growth, as well as visit group's production facilities.
Track performance against sales targets and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within manufacturing, ideally in plastics or packaging.
Ability to work independently and think strategically about growth and development.
