Office Administrator
Full-time Temporary
ASAP- Initially for 2 months but it does have the potential to go on and become Permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours: 9am-5pm (Monday-Thursday), 9am-4.30pm (Friday)
My client is looking for an Office Administrator to work at a legal company based in Barrow-in-Furness. The successful candidate should have previous experience in office work or a front of house environment, ideally in a law firm, but this is not essential.
Your duties will include:
1. Meeting and greeting clients as you will be the first point of contact with the Firm
2. Answering incoming telephone calls and re-directing in a timely manner to the relevant person; taking accurate, clear telephone messages when required
3. General administrative tasks including typing, filing, photocopying, processing emails, and organising paperwork
4. Organising outgoing post efficiently and accurately
5. Maintaining client confidentiality at all times
