Head HR \nSalary: £75,000 - £85,000 \nHours: 40 hours per week \nPosition Type: Onsite/Hybrid\n\nAbout the Role \nSF Recruitment working with a growing client who are seeking an experienced and strategic Head HR to lead and evolve our people agenda. This is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the company's growth, culture, and long-term objectives. You'll lead a small team, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in shaping the employee experience from attraction to retention.\n\nKey Responsibilities \n- Lead and develop the HR function, ensuring alignment with business objectives \n- Develop and implement HR strategies across talent acquisition, L&D, performance management, employee relations, reward & recognition, and organisational design \n- Partner with leadership to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture \n- Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes \n- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practices \n- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and workforce planning \n- Manage HR budgets, systems, and reporting \n- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on complex HR matters \n- Lead on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy and implementation \n- Oversee change management and internal communications related to people initiatives\n\nSkills & Experience Required \n- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (e.g.
