Highly aspirational brand – high consumer awareness Significantly sought after brand appealing to wide range of age groups and skin types Sits comfortably in the high end/ high margin category of retail with a retail selling price to match Exclusively sold through a select number of premium placed retailers in the UK Significant percentage of current sales online Multi-award-winning British skincare brand Role summary: We are seeking a professional to drive the growth of our premium and luxury brand portfolio by identifying market opportunities, crafting impactful sales strategies, and managing high-profile retail accounts both strategically and operationally. The role focuses on driving company growth by expanding supply channels and strengthening key accounts. Responsibilities include negotiating profitable, long-term client relationships, maintaining strong senior-level connections with customers, and reactivating or securing new partnerships with dormant and prospective clients to win brand listings. Role Responsibilities: Developing long term and enduring relationships with customers To develop specific brand development strategies with each account and be capable of presenting and implementing those strategies to management, both internally and externally To forecast and monitor sales performance and reporting procedures daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually To be responsible for the development strategy of non-trading target customers To be capable of obtaining and evaluating listing opportunities, and to negotiate and execute profitable sales agreements To manage all aspects of the Brand Ambassador team (via a senior Brand Ambassador) To manage training, product knowledge and motivation of Brand Ambassadors including any HR related matters To be capable of resolving conflict when required To be capable of developing bespoke presentations to accounts To regularly visit retailer markets, read trade press and obtain and share market intelligence To share pertinent information with rest of the management team To be familiar with the operation of internal systems, such as Microsoft To help develop the sales culture within the wider commercial team To eventually be able to recruit and train a team of business development managers Key Skills: Experience of working within a premium or luxury brand environment A brand, beauty and retail fanatic, infectious in their passion for the potential of the brand Team player, enjoys a close-knit, competitive and very fast-moving working environment Passionate, enthusiastic and knowledgeable with empathy for the market Able to work in a very “hands-on” manner Understands consumer preferences and retail trends Someone who will rise to a challenge themselves, but also inspirational enough to encourage colleagues to meet the challenge, too Confident and robust, strong negotiator and deal maker; but capable of taking the strategic view also Someone who follows through, a self-starter who ensures completion Emotionally mature and stable, prefers a ‘status-free’ working environment What We Can Offer You: Competitive Salary & Benefits: We believe in rewarding the hard work and dedication of our employees with a comprehensive compensation package.
