Job Details
In these Monday to Friday, Mobile Catering Supervisor posts, you would be responsible for all activities in the kitchen and its surrounds including cooking, organisation, and supervision of food service.
* Supervising staff working in the kitchen.
* Ensuring awareness of HACCP Procedures and completion of all necessary paperwork.
* Understanding dietary and nutritional needs.
* Transporting and serving meals, along with general kitchen and dining room duties (e.g., washing up, setting up, clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen and its surroundings.
We Have Permanent Vacancies To Join Our Teams Within Primary Or High Schools In Glenrothes With a High School As a Base
* Post 1 - 30 hours per week on a 38 week contract, from 8.30am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday.
* Post 2 - 30 hours per week on a 52 week contract, from 8.30am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday.

* £13.26 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

The Person
Catering experience or a qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent is essential for this post.
Ability to provide a regular and effective service, working alone or as part of a team.
Ability to travel to numerous locations within the specified area of work at short notice.
You will be required to attend a full day of induction training before starting in post.
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
