Administrator - Immediate start. \n\nWe are looking for an Administrator to join one of our clients based in Southampton on a temp to perm basis.\n\nYou will provide exceptional Administration/Customer service to both internal and external customers, handling queries and issues promptly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. \nTask Management:\n\nManage task completion dates to ensure all tasks meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).\nProactively seek resolutions to problems and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.\nClient System Management:\n\nWork with multiple client systems to update clients and raise any relevant issues.\nInformation Validation:\n\nValidate all received information to ensure it aligns with stakeholder requirements and is fit for purpose.\nEmail Management:\n\nEfficiently manage both personal and group emails to ensure clear communication and task completion.\nRelationship Building:\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging MS Excel trackers and other systems to manage these relationships effectively.\nQuality Control:\n\nAccurately check and validate all works completed by subcontractors or internal workforce, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.\nSkills & Qualifications:\n\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.\nProficiency in MS Excel and other relevant systems to track tasks and manage relationships.\nExperience in task management with an understanding of SLAs and KPIs.\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in validation and quality control.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPrevious experience in a customer service or operations role.\nFamiliarity with client management systems and email management tools.\nThis role would suit someone who is..\n\nHighly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.\nProactive problem solver, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.\nStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.\nResults-driven, with a focus on meeting KPIs and SLAs.\nWorking hours: 7:00am-15:30 / 9:30am-18:00pm (can be flexible on this) \nPay Rate: £12.01p/h \nIf you are interested in the above then please apply and someone will come back to you.
