Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Collaborative Learning Support: Work closely with teaching staff to enhance learning experiences, providing tailored support and clarification to students as needed. One-on-One Engagement: Offer individualized support in both academic and vocational activities, such as Bushcraft, animal care, and life skills, fostering both educational and personal development. Safeguarding: Uphold the highest standards of safety and welfare for all students, actively contributing to a secure learning environment. Behavioural Support: Implement and model positive behaviour strategies, adapting to meet the diverse needs of our students and promoting a harmonious educational atmosphere. Administrative Duties: Accurately document all relevant incidents and health & safety measures in alignment with school policies.
