Leverage your advanced architecture capabilities and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive best-in-class outcomes. Job responsibilities Advises cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture and decisions on improvements to current technologies Develops multi-year roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy and priorities Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others Serves as the function’s go-to subject matter expert Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that improves velocity and quality of output across teams and functions Champions the firm’s culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and expert applied experience Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability Expertise in one or more programming language(s) Strong architectural expertise around various cloud and cloud-migration solutions with focus on performance, throughput and resiliency Practical cloud native experience Deep knowledge in one or more software, applications, and architecture Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplines Ability to negotiate and influence strategic and/or optimal solutions within the tech organization and with senior business stakeholders Understanding of the business Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills AWS experience Expertise in assessing the cost aspect of cloud solutions Strong track record of technical mentorship to groom and develop junior Technical Architects Expertise on Data Consumption patterns and Data Analytics technologies/platforms leveraging AI/ML and LLM models
