Expertly draw on the knowledge, skills and abilities of the subject matter experts and technical teams around you to make informed decisions. Operate within our evolving project management methodologies to ensure effective, flexible and successful delivery. Work within our simple governance framework to ensure our Board are clear on progress, key milestones and costs alongside sharing risks for proactive resolution and intervention. Own the living documentation of your project. Such as the plan, RAID, RACI and R&Rs, financial reporting, project reporting and comms, etc. Be accountable for all documentation being a quality reflection of the baseline and latest so that colleagues are clear on expectations, their roles, latest progress, what decisions need to be made, etc. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business – from business analysts and testers to our teams in logistics, brand, creative, buying and merchandising, etc – to deliver the scope together. Build strong, positive and productive relationships with colleagues across the whole of AS, both as part of projects and through learning our business outside of the day-to-day. Own the wrap up of projects once launched and through hypercare, to ensure we close down with grace and realise benefits. Evolve our community of practice around Delivery, acting as an ambassador for the team, to become a recognised authority on Project Management. What we're looking for from the successful candidate… Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally within the Retail, Hospitality or Leisure space. Possess a keen interest for delivering the best possible outcomes, adding value for the business and the customer in a fast-paced industry and company. A keen eye for detail with excellent written and oral communication. A natural problem solver who thrives on getting stuck in and making an impact.
