Responsibilities include:
Responding to inbound leads and making outbound calls to convert sales opportunities
Managing CRM entries and ensuring data accuracy
Supporting the wider sales and business development team with ongoing campaigns and initiatives
Guiding prospective clients through service offerings and delivering tailored solutions
Providing an exceptional standard of customer service throughout the sales journey
Skills & experience required:
Previous experience in a sales or client services environment
Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
A team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude
