Lead as part of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality Stainless Steel and commercial trailers and rigid bodies, utilizing your TIG or MIG welding expertise to ensure precision and durability. Key Responsibilities: Team leader experience Perform high-quality TIG or MIG welding on steel and aluminum components for trailers and rigid bodies. Work from technical drawings and specifications to execute precise welds. Collaborate with fabricators and engineers to meet production goals and client specifications. Ensure all welds meet the highest standards of safety and industry compliance. Maintain and troubleshoot MIG welding equipment as needed. Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements: Proven experience in TIG or MIG welding, especially working with steel and aluminum. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred. Salary & Benefits: Starting salary: £20per hour.
