We are the leading large multi-academy trust in the country, focusing on rapid school improvement and transforming education for some of the most disadvantaged young people across London.
We have 55 academies, educating over 44,000 students. We are a Federation rather than a chain, and the autonomy of our Principals and their individual schools is at the heart of our success.
We believe that teachers need the freedom to teach brilliantly, the development and training to grow as learners themselves, and the leadership and support that comes from an organisation that is solely focused on education and is run by people who have worked in schools and understand teaching and learning.
You will be joining a network of likeminded education professionals and have opportunities to learn from colleagues who are some of the best teachers and school leaders in the country.
