As an Apprentice Property Manager/Lettings Negotiator, you will receive comprehensive training and practical experience in all aspects of property management. This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the property management industry.
* Assisting with property inspections and maintenance coordination
* Supporting lease agreements and tenant relations
* Managing property records and documentation
* Learning about budget management and financial reporting
* Handling tenant inquiries and resolving issues
* Performing administrative tasks and office support
* Assisting with property listings and marketing
* Conducting property viewings and tenant screenings
* Managing client and tenant relationships
* Supporting the tenancy application and agreement process
* Learning about property management and maintenance coordination
The training you will be getting
The apprentice will study the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard. This will involve monthly training at WBTC in Newbury and monthly 1-1 training and review meetings with your Training Consultant in addition to workplace training.
Functional skills maths and English level 2 will be delivered through remote tutor led sessions if required.
