Drive Online Success as our Ecommerce Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to drive online success and shape ecommerce strategy for three UK direct-to-consumer websites: Mr Fothergill's, DT Brown, Johnsons.
About the Role:
* Develop and implement ecommerce plans to drive sales, conversions, and customer engagement by leveraging data-driven insights and A/B testing strategies.
* Oversee product listings, stock levels, and site merchandising to enhance user experience and maximize average order value.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales promotions and digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
* Enhance site usability, mobile optimization, and personalization to improve the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
* Work with development and logistics teams to ensure smooth site functionality and fast order fulfilment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Expertise in ecommerce with extensive experience of managing ecommerce websites and growing channels.
* Product management skills with experience of managing large product catalogues and optimising conversion rates.
* Analytical strength with experience of data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
* Collaboration skills with experience of working with multi-functional teams.
* A strong interest in horticulture or experience in a gardening-related business is highly desirable.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has a proven track record of delivering results-driven ecommerce strategies.
* Is an expert in analysing data and making informed decisions.
* Is an excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills.
