We’re seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Marketing Performance Analyst to join our growing team and help shape our future growth strategy.
Your new role
In this critical role, you will spearhead our reporting and analysis initiatives. You'll become the company's data guru, empowering the team with insightful dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and actionable recommendations to fuel growth and optimise marketing investments.
Assume full ownership of CRM software. Gain comprehensive understanding of its current state and identify opportunities for further optimisation.
Assist with monitoring Google Analytic, AdWords, search console and tag manager and support with developing tagging requirements.
Leverage your analytical expertise to contribute to B2B and B2C acquisition strategies by identifying and proposing new customer insights. This includes audience segmentation, campaign creation, and reporting success metrics aligned with our objectives.
Establish and maintain a pipeline of ad-hoc analyses, identify reporting opportunities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Assist in the development and implementation of the CRM measurement strategy.
Champion GDPR and data protection best practices. Working with compliance and data protection colleagues you'll provide support to the Marketing Manager on data processing methods that adhere to compliance regulations.
Foster strong relationships and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to provide campaign insights for both proactive and reactive marketing campaigns.
Analyse data from diverse sources, including new business and additional channels as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential
Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) in an e-commerce context.
Confident using key software including but not limited to Google Analytics (360 and GA4), Google Data Studio, Power BI, CRO tools.
Experience with CRM software management such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive.
Experience with automated marketing tools such as Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp.
Proficiency in data analysis and presenting compelling insights from complex datasets for various audiences, including senior leadership.
A proven ability to collaborate and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Expertise with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
Creative and innovative thinker, intellectually curious with the ability to challenge the
Status quo.
Team-orientated with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, confident in leading projects and excellent process management ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive and results-orientated approach.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field.
2–4 years' experience in data analysis with an emphasis on digital marketing analytics.
Proficient in Salesforce Analytics, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Knowledge of SQL and other data analysis tools are a plus.
