Role overview:
* A service that is about much more than offering young people a roof over their head. It's about giving them a safe and inclusive home and help to achieve their potential, transition into independent living, and engage in employment or education
* You’ll offer day-to-day emotional and practical support to motivate and empower young people to gain independence and reach their full potential
* You’ll provide support and advice in line with support plans and as requested by the young person’s keyworker, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences and creative thinking

* The ability to engage and build strong relationships with young people while understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse and trauma

Contract: Full time & Part time, Permanent
Hours: Full time & Part Time, 23.5 - 47 hours per week
*Please note that the part time role cover Saturday and Sunday shifts
47 hours per week (Full Time) Support Assistants working a shift pattern including two night shifts (4.45pm-9.45am) and two day shifts (9.30am-5pm) per week. 23.5 hours per week Support Assistants working a shift pattern including one night shifts (4.45pm-9.45am) and one day shifts (9.30am-5pm) per week. Between 11.30pm and 7am can be sleeping hours as long as the project is settled, otherwise it would be expected that these would be waking hours, as needed to support and safeguard our young people.
