Pro-Force Limited is seeking a dedicated Account Team Leader to provide direction and management for a prestigious client who produces premium quality fruit. The role requires effective communication, leadership, and a commitment to continuous professional development and equality in the workplace.
Responsibilities include account management, service delivery, staff management, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver on specific assigned client expectations and services in accordance with agreed KPI's and service level agreements.
* Maximise revenue and return while ensuring adherence to budget.
* Effective communication and leadership skills are essential.
* Familiarity with Excel and Outlook is preferred.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Regional Manager to:
Account Management
Oversee service teams to ensure timely and complete order fulfilment.
Build and maintain client relationships to exceed expectations and sustain business.
Plan and manage daily resources aligned with targets and budgets.
Service Delivery
Allocate and manage resources for projects and targets.
Collaborate with recruitment and service teams to achieve objectives.
Management
Monitor performance of teams to maintain high standards.
Ensure health and safety for all on-site team members.
Manage HR procedures and support new and existing staff training.
