As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individual students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. You will Provide tailored support to individual students, adapting your approach to meet their specific needs whilst Assisting with classroom activities, ensuring that students remain engaged and motivated. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience working with children with on a 1:1 basis Relevant Teaching assistant qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
