* To ensure JFM1871 and St Nicholas Primary School and other client locations if required tasks are run safely and efficiently to the required client standard maintaining a positive safety culture
* Contact with contract to provide first fix to the asset
* Soft elements may include tables/chairs items used within school that represent low risk to the building s functionality but. Requires replacement and possible build
* Must inform lead client of the incident and conclusion has it been actioned/what s the next steps
* Manage the work of maintenance cleaning and grounds contractors ensuring that the standard of work is completed with any actions recorded and or reported to lead client
* Be responsible for the management and operation of site security systems including fire alarm systems intruder alarm systems
* To perform temporary and minor repairs around the school and other client locations if necessary and to take the lead on and contribute to scheduled works.
* To liaise and maintain relationships with suppliers contractors and hirers of the school and deal with any problems as they arise
* Report regularly to the clients representatives on the future resource requirements about the general maintenance of the site and fabric of the school and community estates.
* Ability to liaise and plan with the client(s) upcoming events and support providing flexible working relationships individually and as part of a team.
* Working appropriately with technology and or process to manage and record your daytoday activity.
* Provide and complete compliance and appropriate documentation for the safe running of the site.
* Act as a designated key holder providing emergency access to the school.
* Undertake general portage duties including moving furniture and equipment within school and other client locations.
* Carry out all duties with due regard to confidentiality and data protection regulations.
* You will adhere to the school s safeguarding policy which safeguards and promotes the welfare of children.
* To provide support and ensure the cleaning and Service Specifications are delivered to the required standard for the client(s)
* To ensure essential weekly documents are completed on sites.
* To ensure adequate delivery of Health and Safety and compliance ensuring all policies and procedures are aligned with JFM1871 QHSE Team and the Client(s); ensuring all risks are mitigated efficiently and effectively
* To deal with any customer complaints or concerns within a timely and efficient manner in relation to your role
* Ensure equipment and storage areas are kept clean tidy and in good working condition and report machinery faults and replacements relating to your role
