Currently in a huge growth period - taking them from the structure of a startup into a medium sized business T/O £4million in 2025. They have invested into their SLT team over the last 18 months and are now looking for the final piece of their puzzle - a dynamic and commercially minded Financial Controller. They are a bold ambitious energetic company with growth over the next 3 years into the US and Dubai. They embrace change and innovation both with their products but also within their business core - so encourage all department heads to embrace AI and Automation. The Role I am looking for an ambitious Financial Controller to come and join this exciting business - to take the finance team and transform it from operationally reactive to being a data driven essential resource to the SLT and business owners ensuring the right decision is made at the right time. You mustn’t be scared of rolling your sleeves up when needed You’ll have the opportunity to really shape the department - so you must love and have experience of leading transformation. Oversee all financial operations of the company. Develop and implement financial strategies and systems. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders. Manage the Accounting & Finance department, leading the team towards achieving company goals. Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement. Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency. Ensure integrity of all financial information.
