Digital Workplace Specialist/Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert is required by Logic Engagements to work for our global client based in Bath (Hybrid working - circa 1 day a week in the office) for a 5 - 6 month initial fixed term contract.
This role will play a key part in the operational management of the Microsoft 365 suite, working within a managed pipeline. The role acts as a bridge between IT and global Business users, ensuring systems and processes align to business requirements and needs. In addition to managing the M365 feature set, this role also leads and supports other areas of improvement in the global business, including the roll out of new solutions, software, tools and platforms.
This will involve:
1. Communicate and explain any new features of M365 (including Teams) to the business, including writing Communications and producing user guidance.
2. Working closely with the M365 Team, managing the teams' pipeline of work and new initiatives.
3. Prioritise with key stakeholders and roll-out new functionality to meet business requirements and needs.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging M365 core technologies, including MS Teams.
5. Work with the M365 wider team to test and configure new feature sets to meet business requirements and QMS policies.
6. Update existing and produce new, high-quality documentation and user guides for the wider business.
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience:
1. Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert.
2. Excellent working knowledge of M365, including Teams, SharePoint and Power Automate.
3. Experience or knowledge of digital transformation and process change/improvement.
