Senior Sourcing Partner- Leicester
About the Role
As a Senior Sourcing Partner, you will source and attract the best talent in the market on behalf of our customers. Bringing our find and engage methodology to life using tools and technology to apply sourcing techniques that will identify target talent pools and passive candidates.
You will have responsibility for sourcing and attracting talent for one of Hays’ largest RPO accounts, sourcing for a number of different industries and sectors.

What you can expect day to day as a Sourcing Partner
Conduct intake briefing calls with hiring manager and recruitment partner at requisition creation stage and be seen as the sourcing expert, demonstrating knowledge of the talent landscape and relevant candidate attraction strategies.
Regularly market content to candidates’ audiences using social, email marketing, direct approaches and our cutting-edge recruitment database, whilst translating job descriptions into compelling advertising copy to be used on relevant digital channels.
You will provide a credible short-list of suitable candidates for each vacancy within agreed time frames, when applicable, negotiate terms of the offer between the hiring manager and candidate to satisfactory conclusion and manage all candidate compliance and on-boarding.
We expect you to provide excellent after-care to all candidates we have placed, and keep customer and client service at a high standard.
What you’ll need to succeed
* You will be expected to leverage effective communication and interpersonal skills to partner successfully with stakeholders on all levels. You will be highly organised to manage multiple candidates at once. The ideal candidate may have the following experience or skills:
* It desirable that you have worked in a customer facing or sales roles previously
* Experience within Recruitment, RPO & MSP would be highly desirable
* Analytically minded, with a strong working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel Knowledge of Teams, Zoom and Slack
* Experience with ATS systems
* Experience of direct sourcing on a variety of job platforms – especially LinkedIn Recruiter
* Experience of giving detailed role updates and evidencing sourcing activity undertaken
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
* A proactive person who enjoys problem solving and getting to the root cause of queries
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* High attention to detail
