SALARY: Dependant on Experience
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. Purchases - Processing purchase invoices, managing weekly timesheets, making supplier payments and maintaining purchase ledger
2. Sales - Creating and submitting sales invoices, overseeing credit control and maintaining sales ledger
3. Bank - Processing bank transactions and preparing reconciliations
4. VAT - Drafting quarterly VAT returns
5. Cost Control - Analysing project costs and updating project tracker sheets
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous experience of a similar role
* Good knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Excel
