Job summary We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional Clerical Officer with strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills. This role provides essential administrative support to the Perinatal Mental Health team. Main duties of the job Maintain effective communication and foster good relationships with internal and externalcontacts as appropriate. Book and administer new and follow up appointments for patients as appropriate. Ensureeffective utilisation of available outpatient appointment slots through regular liaison withcolleagues including clinicians and other administrative staff. Be responsible for contacting patients by telephone, text messaging or letter to confirmoutpatient appointments. Ensure that patient case notes are available and prepared for clinics. File information asappropriate into patient notes. Ensure accurate tracking, collection and return of these notesas required using PinPoint.
