About the Role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Classroom Teacher to join their dedicated teaching team at a well-regarded primary school in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across the curriculum, fostering a love for learning and supporting students in their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all students
4. Foster a love of learning and encourage students to reach their full potential
5. Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to teaching
6. Contribute to the development of the school’s extracurricular activities and wider community
7. Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress
About You
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
2. A degree in Primary Education or a related field
3. Proven experience teaching in a primary setting
4. A passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their development
5. Strong communication and classroom management skills
6. A commitment to continuous professional development and student success
