Morson Talent have an exciting opportunity for a Production Team Leader to join our clients Production team which manufactures, tests and delivers high-quality, control panel solutions for national infrastructure projects in accordance with a range of standards and regulations. Our client works in some of the most highly regulated and challenging industrial environments, and has delivered critical projects across energy, water, renewables and manufacturing.
The Production Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing multiple different projects builds at once and will require a high level of versatility and flexibility. The Production Team leader will work with the Production Scheduler to ensure the project manufacturing and test miles stones are identified and the required activities are completed to achieve the timely delivery to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a previously managed production teams and a have experience of control panel build with some understanding the electrical design.
The role holder will be responsible for:
• Planning and coordinating the daily activities of the production team to meet the required milestones
