Hours: 35 hours per week - 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
Location: This role can be based remotely - requirement to travel 2-3 days per week including attending our Central Support Office in Liphook once a week.
A bit about the role: This is an exciting new role in our fast-growing Recruitment Team to support the department to continue to recruit the best talent across the business as we continue to grow and empower children through music. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to manage a team of recruiters and sourcers. A key focus of the role is to consistently deliver a positive candidate experience whilst ensuring we are always making quality hiring decisions that align with the Rocksteady mission and ethos.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coach a team of recruiters and sourcers, providing shadowing, support, and feedback to drive performance and skill development.
* Monitor and track team KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of goals such as time-to-hire and candidate experience metrics.
* Oversee quality hiring decisions across the country, ensuring all hires align with Rocksteady's mission and ethos.
* Attend in-person interviews to provide hands-on support and ensure smooth processes.
* Support the Head of Recruitment with resource planning to meet current and future requirements.
* Drive the development and execution of sourcing strategies, collaborating with the Head of Recruitment to attract top talent.
* Lead on talent pool strategy, ensuring a proactive approach to building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
* Ensure consistency and excellence in the recruitment process to meet departmental KPIs and support the company's rapid growth.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience managing and leading a recruitment team in a high-volume environment.
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills to drive team performance.
* Expertise in managing recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.
* Knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software, with a data-driven approach.
* Passion for Rocksteady’s mission and aligning hires with the company’s values.
