Compliance Officer \n£35,000\n\nPermanent\n\n35 hours pw\nSouth Yorkshire\n\nHamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a housing association, who are recruiting for a Compliance Officer on a permanent basis.\n\nThe role will ecompass the delivery of an effective and legally compliant asset compliance service, including gas, electricity, fire, asbestos, water hygiene, EPC's.\n\nResponsibilities of the Compliance Officer:\n\nProcuring, managing and delivering asset compliance programmes including managing external contractors and maximising value for money\nHolding responsibility for compliance, reinvestment, stock condition and asset data\nAccurately capturing and recording all compliance data on the Assset Register\nAssisting with financial planning, budget setting for statutory compliance and reinvestment activity\nManaging the day-to-day operational delivery of compliance and cyclical programmes\nEnsuring compliance and cyclical programmes are fully compliant and delivered to time and budget \n\nTo be considered for this exciting role, please contact Bethan Hall (Associate Director) at Hamilton Woods on (phone number removed) or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
