This managerial role involves leading a team of Field Delivery Managers and engineers/apprentices to ensure exceptional customer service across a geographic region within a set financial budget. Part of this role is to manage P&L and take ownership of financial performance and field KPIs. In addition, you will oversee the performance and development of your team, ensuring they are equipped to meet their goals. Key Accountabilities There are five main areas of focus, that will be crucial in the role: Safety Management: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety practices and equipment conditions. Spend time in the field ensuring safety policies are followed. Manage and update safety training for your team. Encourage team awareness of unsafe conditions. Customer Service Delivery: Lead your team to meet customer service KPIs. Accountable for subcontractor performance in your region. Address customer complaints effectively. Budget Contribution: Identify opportunities for efficiency within your team. Manage headcount and costs effectively. Forecast revenue and provide updates on financial expectations. Team Leadership: Provide clear expectations and support team development. Engage and motivate team members through innovative plans. Monitor recruitment, training, and succession planning. Stakeholder Relationships: Build positive relationships with your team and stakeholders. Work cross-functionally to meet customer and organizational needs.
