Job title: Sales Advisor
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Location: London Office. Hybrid.
Hours: 9am-6pm

Purpose
The Sales Advisor manages a portfolio of sales from launching onto the market through to completion, ensuring we deliver a world-class service to our clients by proactively managing interest, negotiating offers, and managing the conveyancing process. The Sales Advisor secures revenue and return business through a knowledgeable, creative, and tenacious approach, ensuring sales are compliant with regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide a professional, transparent, and streamlined customer experience to create promoters of the brand, in pursuit of building our community and return customers.
2. Maximise revenue through exchanges from your portfolio of homes, underpinned by a creative, commercial approach.
3. Progress sales as efficiently as possible by regularly reviewing marketing strategies and, once an offer is agreed, minimising fall-throughs and withdrawals.
4. Negotiate the best offer for your clients with integrity and tenacity.
5. Represent the brand by being articulate, design literate, knowledgeable about the UK property market, and well-presented.
6. Contribute to the knowledge base of your team by sharing your learned experience and making proactive suggestions in pursuit of continuous improvement.
7. Cover colleagues’ work in their absence.
8. Ensure we meet ethical and legal standards (anti-money laundering and GDPR) by logging information in a timely manner and escalating concerns to someone senior if necessary.
Knowledge & skills:
1. Relationship management with 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
2. Commercial acumen and motivation by targets.
3. Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and written).
4. Negotiation, founded in honesty and integrity.
5. Highly organised and conscientious; able to re-prioritise and multi-task.
6. Adaptable and dynamic approach to suit client needs.
7. Passion for architecture and design, and the homes we live in.
8. Understanding the importance of integrity and compliance with industry standards.
The Team
The Sales Advisor reports to the Sales Team Manager, sits in the Sales Team, and works closely with the Buyer Operations team and Appraisals.
