The Recruitment Group are hiring for an Account Manager to run our successful account in Bourne. As an Account Manager, you will be required to do the following:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with a workforce with little/no English (current team can cover Russian, Lithuanian, Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Latvian).
2. Be accurate with data.
3. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, as the site is seasonal and volatile; orders can vary hugely day to day, and the site operates 24 hours and 354 days a year.
4. Hold conversations with the site's GM to a new starter, just in the UK with zero English.
5. Work under pressure and react positively to the unknown and unplanned.
6. Manage a workforce of up to 200 workers a day, across 4 different shift starts, overseeing both day and night shifts.
Additional Duties:
1. Meet and greet staff upon arrival, both bussed and self-sufficient arrivals.
2. Sign workers in on timesheets.
3. Issue site access cards.
4. Allocate workers to the correct department, ensuring the right number, right skill, right place, and right time.
5. Support workers through site turnstiles.
6. Manage fulfilment, including extra workers booked.
7. Top up any missed shifts from earlier start times, with extra availability from later shift arrivals.
8. Liaise with the Planning department on additional needs and/or extra workers on site.
9. Manage new starters, including first day induction and tour.
10. Conduct bag searches (nut products, chewing gum & glass check).
11. Manage locker areas, ensuring workers use and leave areas as expected.
12. Manage workers through changing rooms, ensuring all policies and processes are adhered to.
13. Submit accurate and completed timesheets to departmental managers.
14. Collect completed timesheets from the night shifts.
15. Collect access cards from night shift workers leaving the site.
16. Manage signing out and recording of hours for night shift workers.
17. Re-book workers for the following day, sharing information with the supplying office.
18. Support the supplying office with bookings.
19. Ensure all workers leave the site effectively, ensuring no one is left stranded; transport leaves with all travelling on board and accounted for.
20. Complete a client daily costing sheet, outlining department charges for the previous day, to be submitted no later than 0900.
21. Check all departments have workers as expected and that the client is happy with supply.
22. Support the start and end of all worker breaks, ensuring workers return on time, as well as move through changing and washing processes as expected.
23. Maintain departmental communications & relationships - Operations, HSE & Technical, HR, Planning, Leadership Team.
24. Manage worker & client issues throughout the shift.
Salary: £27,000
Hours: (Apply online only) (when all is done, can be less, can be more; this varies in peak and off-peak periods)
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off.
