About the role: Support Sarah: Provide invaluable support to Sarah, a fun-loving and enthusiastic individual who lives in her own home in St Albans. Personalized care: Assist nursing team with medication administration and delivering Sarah's support plan. Community engagement: Support Sarah to participate in activities she enjoys, such as wheelchair outings, swimming, and horse riding.
