• General support to all areas of the company, including the sales department, service / support department, install department and all managers and directors • Supporting overflow from Support Desk – taking initial information and passing details onto one of the IT Support Consultants. • Preparing and sending quotations, including NSI specification and system design drawings • Managing small works (under £3K) • Processing won orders • Arranging and managing sub-contractors • Invoicing • Preparing and sending legal documents • Helping in preparing for NSI and BAFE audits • Managing the kitchen and stationery supplies • Booking engineer hotels • Data cleansing • Handle e-mails and telephone calls promptly, in a polite and professional manner • General Ad-hoc admin duties where required, delegated by the senior administrator and the board • General Ad-hoc HR duties • Management of the Admin mailbox Qualifications RequiredGCSE Maths and English A-C/9-4 are required for this role. Skills Required• Highly PC Literate including all Microsoft Office packages • High level of written and verbal communication• Must be able to work well within a team and have confidence speaking to colleagues in other areas of the business • Being logical and decisive • Being objective, flexible and independent • Handling stressful situations • Organisation and resolving problems Future ProspectsThe right apprentice will work towards a highly recognised level 3 qualification. After completion the Business Administration Apprentice, a full time position may be offered.
