Overview…
As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating effective administrative support to the technical department that includes the quality and sustainability of products and processes.
The department covers aggregates, asphalt, bitumen, concrete, concrete products, and contracting across the island of Ireland.
More about what you will do…
1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Technical Managers and Director.
2. Management of Purchase Orders.
3. Recording test results via internal systems.
4. Generate reports based on extracted data.
5. Circulate and file test results and reports.
6. Be responsible for document management.
7. Coordinate internal and external audits for Quality and Factory Production Control systems.
8. Deal with client queries.
9. The above list is not exclusive, and other duties will be required as per business requirements.
What we need from you…
1. Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel; knowledge of other MS software (e.g., SharePoint, PowerPoint) is desirable.
2. A willingness to learn and use internal software packages.
3. To have initiative and be self-motivated.
4. Team player.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Preferred but not essential:
* Administration experience.
* Driving Licence desirable to enable the post holder to attend company locations where required.
