About the role As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons. Working with small groups and individual students to provide targeted support, particularly in literacy, numeracy, and social development. Contributing to classroom management, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students. Assisting with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and materials. Collaborating closely with other staff and professionals, such as SENCOs and educational psychologists, to provide tailored support for children with additional needs.
