You’ll be the go-to person for managing customer enquiries, providing administrative support, and helping the team stay on top of daily tasks. Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Handle incoming enquiries with a friendly, energetic approach, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
* Office Support: Assist with other administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and high levels of service.
* Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on inbound leads and social media interest to ensure timely responses and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Administration: Provide general office support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate customer records.
* Invoice Chasing: Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with payment processing.
* Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, manage engineers' schedules, and keep customers informed of any changes.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a fast-paced, office-based customer service or administrative role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software.
* A proactive, problem-solving approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
