Working with a leader in global program management, tunnel & ground engineering and operations & facility management. NRL are looking to recruit a Global Support Services Analyst to be based in an office in London.
About the role:
As the Global Support Services Analyst, you will make a difference by ensuring the business runs smoothly. In this role, you'll provide critical support to business users, configure and upgrade desktop hardware, monitor systems, install software, handle hardware upgrades, imaging, and PC deployment.
You will be engaging in innovative project work and bring your excellent customer service skills, curiosity, creativity, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment team. As you'll be resolving service desk requests, diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues, and liaising with third-party maintenance engineers.
What you will need:
1. Experience in an IT support role, involving extensive customer support
2. Full understanding of Windows Environment and extensive experience with MS Office Suite
3. A+ Certification
4. Ability to travel, and ability to pass a driving record review
