Job Description Finance Business Partner Hybrid / Newport - some travel Salary to £41,300 - £47,300 benefits We are working with a utilities provider who have have a vacancy for a Finance Business Partner to join their team. You role will be to provide comprehensive financial support to Operations Managers including financial control and performance improvement, as well as and contribute to the success of our wider finance team. You will be responsible for: Provide finance support to Operations Managers Challenge and review costs, delivering consistent, timely, and accurate management information Collaborate with the finance team to effectively manage all financial aspects of the business Complete month end accounts Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What you will bring: Strong accounting skills and previous accounts experience are essential. Commercially focused mindset Proficient in advanced Excel Ability to re-prioritize workloads to meet unexpected deadlines. Excellent communication skills Strong presentation skills. Ability to demonstrate great communication skills and the ability to partner with stakeholders Desired Experience and Qualifications: A relevant financial background is desirable.
