Our Consumer Vehicle Payments (CVP) team is driving the expansion of Corpay’s offerings from business payments into consumer payments, envisioning an all-inone driver companion for every aspect of the journey in PayByPhone products. Your Mission As a Visual and Brand Designer for Consumer Vehicle Payments, you will shape the user experience for millions of PayByPhone users, ensuring drivers remain at the core of our design approach while supporting the growth of our consumer offerings. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of a small, agile team, helping to conceptualize and bring new ideas to life. You’ll work closely with marketers, growth, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to validate ideas, test assumptions, and launch new products into the market, throughout the journey. You should be comfortable designing across all stages of the early product lifecycle from discovery through launch and initial growth. We are looking for someone who has startup experience, care about craft and a track record of delivering, and can navigate the challenges of building 0 to 1 products What Y ou’ll Do Develop brand concepts: Create impactful branding concepts that adapt across various channels and formats with a high level of craft. Visual storytelling: Transform product and campaign values into engaging visual narratives that resonate with our audience. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with product designers to maintain a seamless customer journey and unified visual language across all touchpoints. Brand assets & identity: Design and evolve brand style elements, including illustrations, email templates, and social media assets, reinforcing our visual identity. Design system expansion: Extend our design system across digital products, marketing materials, and brand assets, supporting a consistent brand experience. Create marketing assets: Produce high-quality landing pages, social media templates, ad creatives, and videos to support campaigns and enhance brand visibility. Brand consistency: Align with the Global Brand and Marketing teams to maintain a unified visual tone and stay updated with design trends. Performance-driven design: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze content performance and recommend improvements for optimization. Your Profile Ideally, you have 4 years of experience as a brand and/or product designer, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of human-centered design skills, particularly in consumer brands. You bring a proven track record of designing engaging consumer brands and products, combining user interaction and visual design expertise, along with proficiency in working with design systems. You are skilled at thinking strategically about business direction and effectively communicating the rationale behind your design choices. You possess a clean, refined visual design aesthetic. You thrive on problem-solving and enjoy taking on new challenges. Although this role is UK-based, our team is geographically distributed, and you're adept at collaborating efficiently across different locations. Experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, Motion Design and Premier Pro. Motion design experience.
