An exciting opportunity to join a new project at CPSL Mind.\n\nCPSL Mind is a vibrant, values-led charity that supports local people in their recovery from mental health issues, promotes wellbeing and campaigns against stigma and discrimination.\n\nSmoking Cessation Service Design Project Worker\nHours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday – Friday\nContract: Fixed Term Contract to 31st March 2026\nSalary: £28,071.00 per annum\nNJC Salary Scale Point: 18 (April 2024)\nLocation: Based in our Cambridge office with travel across South and East Cambridgeshire, and with an option for hybrid working.\n\nAbout CPSL Mind\n\nCambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire (CPSL) Mind is a progressive and expanding mental health charity. Our vision is a society in which everyone has positive mental health and feels part of a connected community.\n\nAbout the Role and the Project\n\nWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can focus on innovative approaches to supporting people to achieve their goals around a healthier lifestyle. Using the strengths-based Mind Service Design Toolkit, this post will co-produce and co-design with stakeholders to develop insight into models of support that will result in healthier, smoke free lifestyles.\n\nThis service is aligned to smoking cessation principles as outlined by the National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training (NCSNT).\n\nYou should be passionate about promoting positive mental health, have excellent verbal and communication skills along with the confidence to promote Smoking Cessation messages, and the service internally and externally.\n\nClosing date: 22nd April 2025\nInterviews: To be advised\n\nInterested?\n\nIf you would like to find out more, please click the apply button.
