Key Responsibilities
* Achieve the brand sales targets
* Pro-actively sell across all 3 product categories, increasing ATV and IPT
* Demonstrate products on clients and confidently explain the benefits of each product
* Inspire customers with the Givenchy Legacy through storytelling while providing outstanding customer service
* Approach guests and build genuine connections
* Keep up to date with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas
* Maintain store standards including stock management and visual merchandising
* Be a Givenchy Ambassador with a can-do attitude and the highest grooming standards
* Flexible working across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings
* Build effective in-store relationships
* Proactively drive the business via return appointments and deliver in-store events
* Previous experience as a Manager is essential
