Role Description: The Bank of America EMEA Dedicated Large Corporate Fulfilment Team provide Payments, Receivables, Digital Channel Enablement, Liquidity Solutions, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Merchant Services & Cards solutions to approximately 750 multi-national corporate organisations and their subsidiary businesses. Our team consists of Implementation Advisors who manage a range of different products. We work very closely with our Sales & Product partners, and our role is critical to the success of our growing Treasury business. We are the prime co-ordinators for large revenue cash management/treasury deals, delivering with the highest level of professionalism and an exemplary client experience. Responsibilities: • You will manage client implementations end-to-end, across Bank of America's range of cash management solutions. • You will work in partnership with clients to create and agree project delivery timelines, clear communication of project statuses, identification/mitigation of risks and swift root cause analysis and resolution for issues. • You will provide a professional & tailored approach to meet the needs of all clients, utilising project management routines where necessary for larger scale deliverables. • You will manage conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders • You will co-ordinate all elements of relevant KYC and Legal documentation required to facilitate client onboarding • You will keep stakeholders updated on the progress of the onboarding, and highlighting any related issues • You will connect with internal teams to manage onboarding; and influencing where necessary to ensure that strict timelines are met for clients. • You will complete relevant product & service setups within systems, logging all relevant documentation/emails within a central repository for audit trails.
